I’m at the SCBWI Summer Conference right now so don’t have time to create a new comic this time, but here’s one from the Inkygirl archives:

BWA HA HA HA!! I LOVE this!! Misplaced apostrophes DRIVE ME MAD!!! I’m a professor… whether I’m teaching logic, statistics, or psychology, I always find myself giving a lecture on apostrophes and directing them to helpful websites. I tell them that misplaced apostrophes are a hallmark of not paying attention in the 5th grade.
AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

Hey, Debbie — did you put cameras in my house? That looks like me when I saw yet another “it’s” that should’ve been “its.” Thanks for the grin!

[...] Comic: Misplaced Apostrophes: I cringe when I see stuff like this even though I remind myself that our fingers sometimes do its own thing. I love Debbie Ohi’s work. (P.S. Congrats to her winning two awards at SCBWI!) Goodness knows, I’ve tried drawing my own characters, but never liked the work. It’s not a picky thing, but the “I stink at drawing” thing. [...]
