Teri, you so deserve this, girlfriend. I know how hard you worked on unbounded/Last Will and the angst, sweat,etc., etc., that went into your success. Like Kathleen says, there aren’t enough words. Hmm, okay, I was just thinking about a (potential future) issue, and realized that you guys might be able to answer it since you were both aspiring authors when you met.

What happens if/when one writer makes it, while their other writer friend is still trying?

Like, let’s say you’re the one that made it: how do handle requests from your friend to hook you up with an agent? Or even read their manuscript? (I know a lot of authors say they legally cannot read things that don’t go to them through their agents or similar channels.) How do you keep your success from negatively affecting the relationship?

Dunno if this warrants a whole post to answer or not, but I’m curious to see what y’all think about that…
