I just caught a glimpse of your comment in the comment-feed on the home page this morning, T. But I feel like I was ‘supposed’ to read this today.

Here I sit, two and a half years later, loving the back-story when you shared the news with Kath (yes, with eyes stinging, even years later), the fun details of the evolution of Last Will, and then–most importantly–how you made it through ‘WTH am I doing? *Maybe* I’ll get an agent, and *maybe* they’ll sell it,’ phase.

I’ve had a rough couple of weeks, and some days the evil self-doubt genie is hard to keep in the bottle. Reading the epic struggle and victorious moments of one of my writing heroes is a big help.

You’re an inspiration! Thanks for everything, my friend. (Cool comment from Esther :-)

Thanks so much for reaching out. I’m so glad you enjoyed the book, which was published by Crown/Random House. Writer Unboxed is a blog and not a publisher, but I highly recommend the books of all who contribute here.

i discovered this book at the Pasadena Library about a month ago, and I liked it a lot. It kept me turning the pages. I am a twin, and that was a good pull.
