I wasn’t sure if the Sudafed or the fumes from hand sanitizer finally got to me, but my head was spinning when Therese e-mailed me:

“Hey Kath, check it out. Your book’s online, too!”

I’ll explain the too business first. Therese’s debut novel THE LAST WILL OF MOIRA LEAHY is now ready to be pre-ordered through the Random House site–and on Amazon! You can believe we squeed long and loud on a series of e-mails over that one.

Then she found out that my debut novel, CONFESSIONS OF A FIRST DAUGHTER is also on Amazon and IndieBound!

Woah.

This is getting real. Surreal. Release dates. Cover images (We’ve both seen prototypes, but they’re not set in stone yet or we’d have already shown them to you guys). Did I already say release dates? And now this.

I’m still processing how I feel about achieving this milestone. Safe to say, it’s an out-of-body experience. I’m sure I’ll experience another out-of-body moment when the book itself arrives. And I hope the feeling never gets old, ’cause it feels pretty awesome now.

And, you know, it’s pretty cool that we–the two blog mamas here at WU–are going through this craziness together.
