My sometimes snarky ('what the heck does that mean???) comments are very helpful to my lawyer as our POVs regarding the contracts may be very different. To me sometimes the deleting and inserting is distracting and I'd rather read someone's thoughts or see an edit "on the side" than have it changed. I've never thought of using it for myself.
