Thea, hubby drove our tax return to our CPA in the foot of snow on Monday - not knowing about the extension. (I guess the CPA didn't, either.)

Jeremy, it's a movie that makes you think long after it ends, isn't it? I'm glad you enjoyed it as well.

I loved that movie: it was very powerful. I'm glad that you did not return it unwatched.

It really wouldn't bum you out though, I don't think. Sure, there are dark points and the ending isn't fairy tale, but there is hope in the end - quite a lot more than you might think. (I was happily surprised.)

About the snow: my kids constructed a snowman taller than my husband. The snow was that wet, and there was that much of it.

You are braver than I was, Therese. For some reason, right now I'm avoiding movies that'll bum me out. It's stupid, considering the best movies are the ones that shock, strip out preconceptions, and make us think.

For our readers who don't live in the Northeast area of the U.S.--this has been a helluva week so far. We've had 2 feet of snow in mid-April. Mid-April!

Something's not right in Weatherville, and I think we all know what that is. :-(
