Grumpy Old Bookman has a new post up about the Macmillan New Writing project…new astrological forecasts are up at Astrology for Writers. This time, “an eclipse in late Virgo” on March 14th is wreaking havoc. We have no idea what it means, either….Candy and Sarah skewer covers featuring swords, a topic rife with double entendres, including ours….Agent 007 has returned to the blogworld…and the word of the day can be found here. Many fine books and cartoons have revolved around this word…Bookslut features a snippet from John Updike. We never get enough of him.

Just in case that apt and hilarious use of the word-of-the day, megalomania, disappears on the site tomorrow, I’m cut-pasting it here; it’s too good to lose…
